Working Environment
We strongly feel that the working environment we have established is our most indispensable attribute when attracting and retaining employees. Rewarding and Flexible Schedule
Because of our devotion to our staff, the instant one becomes an employee they are rewarded. As opposed to most businesses, IAS offers 15 days of annual paid vacation/sick leave. Vacation will accrue at a rate of 8 hours per month and sick leave 2 hours per month and will be available following completion of 90 days employment. This is in addition to the ten (10) paid holidays that IAS observes each year. New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Internal Advancement Programs
In order to enhance our highly qualified work force, IAS has instituted a performance management program to compensate employees based upon demonstrated job performance. IAS has a job-posting program that offers employees the opportunity to bid for certain positions within the company. Needless to say, IAS is always looking for qualified employees and appreciates recommendations made by our staff. If an employee recommends someone who is hired on a full-time basis, that employee is eligible to receive a recruiting bonus.
Training and Certification Tracks
IAS is partnered with several top industry businesses, and as such, has set forth several industry standard training and certification plans. Our certification tracks such as Cisco CCIE, Microsoft MCSE, Lotus Domino, and PMI to name just a few, promises that each of our employees has the very latest and respected certifications to ensure our success in the highly competitive IT industry.
Health Insurance
IAS offers regular full-time and regular part-time employees 100% health coverage under a preferred provider organization (PPO) or point of service (POS) plans. The preferred provider organization plan offers the freedom to choose any covered provider, and you receive a higher level of reimbursement when you use a preferred provider. The point-of-service plan provides comprehensive hospital and major medical insurance coverage. Additional coverage may be purchased, including family coverage.
Additional and Planned Compensation
IAS offers a 401K-retirement savings plan available to employees twice yearly.
